We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@smilekitshop.com as soon as possible.

Before Shipment If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.

After Shipment Once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. However, you may return the item once received in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
