Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–12 business days • International: 10–18 business days Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours.

Customs Tax Customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any additional customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's policy on importing goods as we are unable to provide this information.

Shipping Completed Shipping is considered complete once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been provided. Once the courier marks the package as delivered, SmileKit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier first or reach out to our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
